  I have used [Sparkles](http://www.sparkles.ca) in the past, and know others that have as well. They're flexible to your needs and do quick and good work. Last time I used them we had 2 people for 2 hours every 2 weeks, for something like $120 each time. They somehow managed to clean my entire house in that time, and probably did a better job that I could if I had a whole weekend. If you plan on doing most of the regular cleaning yourself, or if you only want them once a month/random occasions you can get away with a lot less.
