Ann H. asked:Urgent, please help! Hi all, - am having a miserable Xmas. Local plumber didn't show up at 11am yesterday and didn't reply to phone calls. Another (national agency) plumber cancelled at 5pm yesterday and rebooked for 2pm today then cancelled. So am stuck with water pouring out of a kitchen tap and a new appliance (delivered today) that can't be fitted because a valve is stuck. Can't put up the Xmas tree because the mains isolation tap is under the floor where the tree has to go. Does anyone know a reliable local plumber who's free and would be willing to help out for a reasonable fee?
