She needs someone the can work with her already prescribed meds and take transfer from another doctor in houston. Fortworth/Alrington/Mid-cities would be preferable. I know this is R/Dallas, but this seems to be the best catch-all for north texas.

  My experience is good with Jennifer (working under Dr. Fenton) at "Live Oak Counceling" 214-520-7575 . There's some dr review sites, and if she doesn't have insurance I know Jennifer does some pro bono (free) clients too.
