He did cognitive behavioral therapy and had free ocd support groups. I have UM Premier Health Insurance here and I need to choose one psychiatrist from a specific network of doctors. Can anyone recommend one regardless of the network limitation? I got the insurance yesterday so I'm a bit lost. Also I signed up for the NAMI - WC support group.   I also have UM Premier Care! You do have mental health coverage, but you have to work directly through BCN to coordinate your services. There is a special number on the back of the card (800-482-5982) to call for mental health services, and as far as I know they just work with you to figure everything out. I don't imagine you get free choice over who you see, but I'm sure if you give them your mental health background (like your last doctor did CBT), they can help you find someone.
