  This is my orthopedic surgeon and I love him but mostly because never had to operate on me. http://www.gliddenmd.com/ He tries to take a minimally invasive approach whenever possible and in my case my problem was fixed by some physical therapy. Also he's in Plano depending on how close that is to you.
