Looking for Therapist hey friends,
i am looking for a therapist and have humana as a provider. i've rummaged through past posts in order to find something, but have come up short. i've also used humana's search and have just ended up more frustrated. i went to northstar for a brief time, and while they were lovely, it wasn't for me. i had also looked into compass counseling in lyndon, but their pricing is less than savory ($150 AFTER copay for one visit- i know therapy is expensive, but this just seems ridiculous to me).
i am mainly dealing with depression and anxiety, but there's a pretty severe trauma issue that needs to be dealt with, too. i will still be looking on my own, but any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. i am not good with this stuff.
and j (either/both of you), if you're having to reading this, i'm sorry- i'm alright, just trying to get help.
*thanks everyone :)

I have Humana too and just started seeing Rachel Murrell at Turning Leaf Counseling in St. Matthews and absolutely love her. I just paid my $35 copay. Not sure what your plan is but she definitely takes Humana. http://louisville-therapy.com/
