I'd like to surprise her by going someplace that will have many options for her! She is not vegan, but feel free to recomend your favorite vegan places too! It's no problem to go to a more "strict" place. Not being a vegetarian myself, I don't know of any places know for their vegetarian menues around here; so I'm open to any suggestions! Thanks!
