As I don't share their dietary restrictions, I've never explored what Montreal has to offer on that front, but I'd like to accommodate them.   montreal.com [vegetarian list](http://www.montreal.com/tourism/veggie/index.html) Any of the Lebanese joints will have a falafel plate, and many do a "five choices" type deal where you can make a selection of falafel, tabouleh and other non-meat stuff. Indian restaurants almost always have at least one all-veg choice in their table d'hôte section, and sometimes more than one.
