Any therapist recommendations? I'm a teenager that is going through some really hard times. I'm going to ask my mom if I can see a therapist soon. What I want in them is:
- Them to be able to just have a conversation with me
- Allow me to be able to text or call them if I'm feeling a bit suicidal which I do a lot
- Sometimes not tell my mom whats I tell them if its not life threatening
- Just be able to converse with me
Please let me know if you know a therapist that meets those requirements. Also, cheap is always a plus. Thanks.

I'd recommend you use this tool. https://therapists.psychologytoday.com/rms/ That will allow you to filter by therapists that specialize in adolescents, and accept your insurance. Anybody who accepts your insurance will be relatively cheap out-of-pocket. Off the top of my head I know that Eric Hartman is supposed to be a fantastic adolescent therapist. http://atlantapsychconsultants.com/biographies/eric-hartman Therapy was lifesaving for me, follow through with this!
