  just a quick fyi pallets picked up from the street shouldn't be used as indoor furniture as they're either a breeding ground for mold, bacteria, germs, insects, etc....or they've been treated with very strong industrial chemicals to avoid mold, bacteria, germs, insects, etc either way not something you want to sleep/eat around [more on that](http://www.cupboardsonline.com/2011/04/when-trends-attack-shipping-pallet.html)
