  We had a similar problem in finding a dependable electrician and were finally recommended to Electric Jake by a contractor we were using. He came by within 2 days to give us a quote and then he slotted us into his schedule. We had to wait 3 weeks because he was busy but when he showed, he clearly knew what he was doing and got 5 small projects we needed done in 1 day just as predicted and on budget.   Recommendation - Jake Neal, 9196193904 Question/Comment - You didn't have it inspected before signing? That's a very expensive job and the cost should have been rolled into the purchase price of the home - especially if it is necessary for the electric service to work properly.
