Can anyone recommend a lawyer to setup an LLC? There seem to be a ton of options and it's a simple enough ~~to~~* task that I don't know how to differentiate between them. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Eric Davis Elliott & Davis, PC T:412.434.4911www.elliott-davis.com Depending on what you need, you might want to chat with a lawyer about it (i.e., why you're setting up an LLC and how to keep litigants from piercing the corporate veil).
Small Business Owners & Entrepreneurs, do you have a recommendation for bank and attorney? I've been consulting (freelance) for a few months, but I'm getting some new clients and wanting to pay other people. I'm looking at incorporating, but am undecided on form. I also need a local bank (I do all my personal banking online, with Simple). I'd love any recommendations for small business attorneys and local banks that work well with small businesses. Thanks!

For lawyer: Eric Davis from http://elliott-davis.com/ I've personally been very happy with PNC bank for my business banking.

I use Dollar Bank because they aren't too big or too small. I have used them for over a decade and I have had no problems. As far as an attorney, I have a great suggestion! One of my best friends runs [a successful law firm](http://elliott-davis.com/) in Pittsburgh that does incorporation s all the time. They are like Dollar Bank in that they also are not too big or too small. Ask for Eric. Tell 'em Doug sent ya and he will take care of you.
