  Try 1-800-WATER DAMAGE, they're locally owned by my friend Red Howard and his wife Brooke. Michelle Ward does business development for them, and can be reached at 919-805-3171. I'll admit that I am not too well versed with the nuances of this type of work, but the Howards are wonderful, honest people and their clients seem to be very pleased with quality of work and pricing. They have been successfully building their local business for a while now, and this sounds like it's right in their wheelhouse. Give Michelle a ring!
