  Weird question, does anyone know a great builder they would recommend for building our house? We have the plans, we know what land we want, we are approved for a loan we just need someone to build for us. We have called a few people but only one person has got back to us and he doesn't want to build because we want to spend less than $400,000 on our house. Its 7 acres of land near Hatcher Pass on Wasilla-Fishhook, we want that much land because we plan to build vacation cabins for our retirement but we don't need a massive house. Thinking about $250,000 for the house. Just me and my husband, some chickens and a dog. Help me?

  I'm currently working with Wirtanen Inc. to build my home. My experience with them has been great so far and I've heard nothing but good things about them!
