  Recommendation for new home builder in Madison? I have a second lot on our property (East Side by Ella's Deli) that I have worked with the city to get approved to build on. I have the financing approved and a plan of what I want to build. Can anyone recommend any builders that you've liked? If you've had a negative experience with a builder, I would like to hear that too. I've gotten some good recommendations from friends, but many builders don't seem to advertise themselves besides word of mouth.

  My dad installs cabinets and does a lot of work for [Hart DeNoble](http://denoblebuilders.com). They're fantastic, but usually pretty high-end. Or, at least the jobs they hire my dad for are.
