  Maybe this place: http://www.convent.ca/ It's got a huge library like sitting room that is often empty even when other guests are staying there. The walls are lathe and plaster so it's very quiet and grasslands national park is one of the quietest places in North America (really a guy traveled around testing this) and it's also a dark sky preserve.
