  [El Papagayo](http://www.elpapagayo.net) on Fair Oaks and Marconi in Carmichael. Good, legit Mexican food and they have an entire vegetarian menu. All of the vegetarian items can be made vegan (they do charge extra for daiya cheese), and every wednesday they have all you can eat vegan tacos+1 free beer with purchase. So bomb.
