I need to replace my roof so I am looking for a reputable company, and specifically one that can give me an option to finance.   Anyone knows who are roofers that are affordable? My sister is looking for one. She has gotten quotes from Sears and home Depot but they are asking between 18,000-24,000 dollars. Thats nuts I have worked in construction and use to see roofers constantly and there wasn't much to it. Materials aren't that much either. I don't believe for a ranch house under 1000 SQ feet should cost that much.
