  I need recommendations for a shop. My truck broke down yesterday. It thankfully happened as I was getting home. It started overheating going up hill and then smoke started billowing out from under the hood pretty much as soon as the check gauges light came on. Probably something to do with the cooling system or radiator. Gonna have it towed to a shop but I'm new here and not sure who to take it to in Fairbanks.

Knowledge, availability, reliability, and most of all honesty will keep all my service to this shop only. Highly recommended! I am very mechanically inclined, and these guys have been the only shop that hasn’t tried to feed me a line of bull crap about an issue I am having... The shop in the next post below.... Avoid at all costs!
