  Wow, what a coincidence, we just went through this search last week. We ended up trying "Angela's Cleaning Service" (828.774.1155, saw them on Craigslist). ~2,000 sq. ft. house for $100 (2 people cleaned for about 3.5 hours, so 7 man hours). I am wary of Craigslist in general, and indeed the first two cleaners I called sounded like cleaning wasn't a real business for them, they just do it on the side.
