  a friend went [here] (http://www.tailorsatelier.com/) and found it to be reasonably priced and fast. I really liked that he gave her options when it came to the alterations like bustle and length. To me, that meant he could handle any of it and her options weren't limited to a smaller skillset. I'm going to be bringing 3 dresses to him in the summer for my wedding.
