  [Captain Larry's](http://www.captainlarrys.com/cms/) off 4 th ave in Federal Hill. It's a hole in the wall locals bar. The owners are really cool people. It's a great atmosphere if you are looking for something laid back and casual. It's not a hopping place packed with hipsters. They also have great food.
