LG is beyond frustrating and useless to deal with, as is Home Depot, where it was purchased — apparently a big mistake on our part. Any recommendations for a service technician who can repair this would be highly appreciated.Linda W. replied:I purchased a LG fridge a couple of years ago and also had issues getting warranty repairs. After much frustration, I was given another number to call. 877-543-8325. I also have 800-905-9505, but I believe the 877 one is direct. Give it a try. Good luck; it worked for me
