  Seeking an Albuquerque Realtor - Recommendations? We're looking for a good realtor who actually, you know, returns phone calls and bothers to figure out anything about the houses they show. So far our tactic of just contacting listing agents for properties we're interested in has led us to four different realtors, all of whom seemed actively incompetent. I should mention here that we're looking for a fixer-upper on the lower end of the price range, so realtors who specialize in high-end properties would probably see us as a nuisance. Does anyone have recommendations for a realtor they've worked with?

  I bought a house last year. My realtor, Heidi Gray, was great throughout the entire process. She was actively engaged with us, sent us links and visited houses she thought we'd enjoy, and responded to our requests and concerns immediately. Her inspector and contractor associates were friendly and seemed to respect her greatly. I highly recommend her to anyone who needs a realtor. http://www.hgrayco.com/
