[QUESTION] Best electric repair / setup in Philadelphia? Just looking for recommendations for a shop with knowledgable techs for setups and repair work (specifically electronics and fretwork).
EDIT: specifically for this time, I need a 50th anniversary Tele set up, and a Les Paul DC with electronics issues repaired and set up.
EDIT 2: does not have to be specifically within the city limits, I'm all over the local area all the time.
Thanks!

I don't live in Philadelphia, but based on online reviews I would check out [DiPinto Guitars](http://www.dipintoguitars.com/repairs.php) and [BlueBond Guitars.](https://www.bluebondguitars.com/) Neither sites say anything about pricing that I could see from a quick glance, but both look like they have a nice showroom floor and I could probably waste an afternoon in either.
Hope I'm not breaking rule #7, but does anyone know of a good guitar shop in the city? I recently inherited some old guitars from my uncle and I want to get them cleaned up, the necks adjusted, and maybe hear from a pro the best ways to care for older guitars. Anyone have any experience with a good shop in the city?
Does anyone know where one can take some lessons on how to play the lap steel guitar in the Philly area? My Great-Grandfather played. My grandfather played. My uncle played. But they're all dead and I'd like to carry on the family tradition.

Lap steel is a rather different technique from standard acoustic pop/rock guitar. I would inquire at [Bluebond Guitar](http://www.bluebondguitars.com) at 4 th & Lombard. Or, if you want a recommendation for a private teacher, PM me. (I'm a professional musician, know a number of folks who teach and may be willing to take a new student.)
