  I've been really impressed with Baird Automotive. They're fair with prices, extremely straight forward, will tell you in no uncertain terms what it SHOULD cost, and what your options are. They're really nice, have drop off service, and are a few blocks from the Clarendon metro. You do have to call and make an appointment. I've sent a few other people there and they've been satisfied. Call them up and ask them questions - they're helpful even over the phone. http://www.bairdautomotive.com
