  RWS Construction, 919-795-6640. Take lots of photos, start a folder with all the stuff in it. And remember that you can use any contractor of your choice. You are NOT limited to the insurance company preferred list. Choose someone you are comfortable with. It is, after all, a relationship, albeit a short one.
