  Minor siding repair recommendations? This is a weird one. We have vinyl siding and aluminum eaves on our three-floor shirtwaist in north Hyde Park. Recently a corner section of the eave blew off because of wind, so there's a hole in one of the corners under the roof. I've called three different handymen to take a look and fix it: a couple of them said they couldn't do it because he didn't have equipment (the spot is roughly 32' off the ground), and another suggested we instead needed $10k+ worth of work on our house (which our home inspector said was straight up not true). This is frustrating. Does anyone have a name of a person who does these types of minor repairs? We have part of the missing piece, but another part of it is totally gone with the wind.
