** Bespoke design **
All conservatories and garden rooms installed by Stanford Conservatory & Building Co will be a bespoke design tailored to you and your home. You will have the option to choose the size, style, colour, glazing window positions and door type.
As Conservatory specialists we can offer you numerous styles of conservatories; Victorian, Edwardian, P shaped, L shaped, Hipped and Lean. If you are struggling to make all the decisions we will be happy to offer you some free expert advice.
** Our design service **
Each conservatory style will be customer built to your vision. We offer a full design service and all your ideas will be put on to a Computer Aided Design (CAD) drawing. This gives you a three dimensional view and a life like idea of what your new conservatory will look like. All designs and consultations are free of charge.
** Brickwork **
Any Brickwork skirts will be colour matched to your property. All ancillary works that may be required can be taken care of by us. You decide what you want and how much you can spend, there will be no hidden extras the price we quote is the price you pay.
** Building renovations **
All old buildings suffer with time. Stanford Conservatory & Building Co are renovation specialists, we understand the importance of treating old buildings with due care and ensuring the work carried out fits in with the style and use of the building.
We have experience liaising with local authorities and the English Heritage when consent is required to work on particular buildings. We know there is never a 'one size fits all' solution for old properties and our expertise lies within renovating buildings to their former glory using the most cost effective solutions.
** The Old Mill renovation **
Stanford Conservatory & Building Co recently completed work on an old mill, a particularly challenging project on a building over 160 years old. The results speak for themselves. (Please see... show more images in photos section).
• All floors and stairs were replaced
• The existing asbestos cap was removed and replaced
• New bespoke rafters were installed
• New shiplap covering
• New fan designed and installed
• New braking system installed
• New stage designed and installed
• LED up lighters installed
• Bricked up doorways opened and framed
• Internal supports added
• Internal brickwork repaired and rendered
• External spiral staircase installed

• We guarantee to offer any size and any style to suit any budget
• We guarantee all materials and workmanship for fifteen years
• We guarantee a completion time, depending on the size of your conservatory this
could be as little as seven days.
On top of all of this we buy our conservatories from a Trading Standards Approved Supplier who have an exemplary track record.
