  The [American Barber Academy](http://theamericanbarberacademy.com/) in Arlington does men's haircuts starting at $7. The thing is, barber students will be cutting your hair--don't let that deter you though, every time I've gone it's been great and the students are very meticulous and have their instructor there to make sure they're not giving you a bowl cut. Unless you like bowl cuts.
