  Recommendation for divorce attorney Can anyone recommend a divorce attorney (flat fee preferred) within the loop? It will be an uncontested divorce with property, no children. I want to give him the house, and we keep our own retirement etc. No spousal support. My budget is around $1000 or less (is this reasonable?). I found eddavislaw.com via a quick google search. His cost on his website is $450 including filing fee. It seems a little cheap considering the court fees are $300ish? Another one I found is Gregory Josefsberg. His fee is $1000 plus court costs. Anyway, I was wondering if anyone here can recommend a divorce attorney that is trustworthy and reliable to file all the documents correctly. I want a relatively pain-free quick and easy divorce since we both are in agreement. I've never been divorced so any other advice would be great too. Thanks!
