  You can get them with accounts at major brokers/exchanges like [Currenex](https://www.currenex.com/clients/active-traders/), [FX Connect](http://www.fxconnect.com/) or [Integral](http://www.integral.com/ocx/) but you typically pay quite a lot (OCX is $275/mo last I asked them). As for how eFXPlus has the data, it likely buys it from one of the currency exchanges.
