  Looking for a (great) Veterinarian anywhere in StL. I'm looking for a Vet in the St. Louis area. I am in West County but willing to go anywhere in the area for a really good vet. I had the most awesomely perfect Vet but she retired a few years ago. My dog is now sick/injured and the place I've been taking him for routine check ups was not very helpful when I brought him in yesterday. They gave me some pain pills for him and just kinda sent me on my way. I'm pretty sure there's more wrong with him than pain pills can fix. Anyhow, I could be worrying too much but I'm used to a Vet who goes above and beyond and would love to find another like that. So if you know of an amazing Vet in the area please recommend away! My sick dog and I thank you very much.

  My parents go to this place in Chesterfield right near Ballwin and Town & Country on Clayton Rd. It's at the intersection of Baxter and Clayton, and it's here. http://www.crvhstl.com/ My friend used to work at Tri City Bird and Animal Clinic in Ellisville on Manchester road. Both of these places are amazing.
