  Landscaping recommendation? Just moved into a new house close to Cottonwood and our place is in dire need of some landscaping (sprinklers are busted, lawn is a 400sq.ft. sandy dirt hole). Does anyone have a recommendation for a mid-price-range landscaping service? We got a quote for sprinklers & sod from Just Sprinklers, but it seemed a bit high.
