  I just went to [Headliners](http://www.headlinerslc.com/) today and got one of the best haircuts ever just as a walk in for 20 with tip. They specialize in fades though, so I'm not sure what your style is, but I liked my cut I got. It's definitely not a fancy place and is a bit different than Lou's but I definitely can't complain about the results.
