It seems like all of the shops I've been to have an atmosphere of, "If you're not in with us, we're going to treat you like crap." I'm looking for a place to regularly get a scissor cut, maybe once or twice a year a straight shave, that doesn't cost an arm and a leg like all of these boutiques.
