I'm in the same boat, generally keeping my place tidy day-to-day, but get it deep-cleaned by them about once a quarter. I think their rates have gone up since I started a couple years ago (they let me stay locked in at my original rate), but they do a very thorough job and it runs me $140 for 2 people to clean my 3-floor, 2 BR/BA 2600 sq/ft house in about 2 hours.
