  Dentist Recommendations? I'm looking for a good trustworthy dentist . I've been checking on Yelp but it looks like a lot of them are using fake reviewers that can't be trusted and the one star reviews are revealing trumped up fees with finance people trying to upsell thousands in unnecessary work...
