  I don't know the prices or any deals, since insurance usually covers the basics, however you can ask mine: [Mark Hesker](http://www.heskerdental.com/) He is both a DDS and Orthodontist, so he can usually take care of just about everything you might need. But like I said, ask about pricing as I don't know.
