  Guiseppe's at London Bridge has live music from 7 pm - http://www.giuseppesplace.com/entertainment/ - suspect you might struggle to find somewhere with live music at 6, that's very early.

I'm originally from Southampton and there was this great Italian restaurant that I used to visit with friends that would have live music on during the hours you'd usually eat and then towards the end of the night they moved some of the tables out and opened up the space to be able to dance. I haven't found anywhere in London that does this but there must be loads! Any recommendations?
