Does anyone know this restaurant? I'm trying to remember the name of the restaurant I ate at back in Spring of 2011. It was a small restaurant (~10 tables) and felt very intimate inside (candles, mostly tables for two, only one waiter). Menu created by the chef day-by-day and was ~$30/entree, mostly seafood but some other meat options available. The waiter brought us a pallet cleanser "courtesy of the chef" in between courses. Exterior of the restaurant was black and the name was simple - either a word, or a first or last name. And it must not be very popular because I cannot find it anywhere online.
I *believe* it was somewhere on or near Mount Washington but I could be wrong. However I am positive that wherever it was, it was in a hilly/more suburban area, and there were no other restaurants within eyesight. I also have this vague memory of a gas station being nearby...
Someone help me out!

It sounds the [Crested Duck Charcuterie](http://www.crestedduck.com/) to me with the exception of the seafood. Did they have meat and cheese plates as a focus? It fits all your other criteria.
