Niche Stores? This might be a wierd request but does anyone know of any niche or specialty stores and where I could find them? Examples I've found would be a leathercraft store, photography store, knitting store, wine/beer making, the old poster store and witchcraft store that both used to be on 16th, magic store on edmonton trail. Basically anything that had a focus on one or two things.
Every since I was a teen something I've loved to do is just browse stores that specialize on a single topic or hobby, something about it has always interested me.
Does anyone know of a Georgian grocer or restaurant in Calgary? Hi Calgarians!
So, it's been just over a year since I've had good Georgian snacks and I'd love to find some in the city.
If I can find a nice bottle of Saperavi (yeah, Kensington wine market!!), I should be able to find some frozen khinkali somewhere!!
I've tried a couple of Eastern European and Middle Eastern grocers and have come up empty handed.
Oh! And Tcha Tcha.
The legal kind.
If you know where that is, we'll be best friends.
I know this is a bit of a long shot, I met a man at downtown who was shouting in Georgian and he said that, as far as he knew, there were about 15 Kartuli speakers in the city... Hopefully some of them use reddit.
Thanks for your help!!

I think closest Georgian grocery store is well... in Georgia. But seriously, I would try one of these places: * [Basha Foods International](http://www.bashafoods.ca) * [Elite International Foods](http://www.elitefoods.ca/) * Pacific Place Mall in Marlborough (They have a mix of cuisines) * Not sure if it's still around, but there's a place called [Kalinka listed on Yelp](http://www.yelp.ca/biz/kalinka-calgary) * Not sure how close the foods are related, but there are a few [Russian grocery stores and restaurants](http://www.yelp.ca/search?find_desc=Russian+Grocery&find_loc=Calgary%2C+AB) * Besides that, I can almost guarantee you'll find something in Vancouver, BC
