  Clear Choice Roofing installs all roof systems with synthetic water resistant underlayment, lifetime shingles with a lifetime ridge cap ( 99% of the companies put on a 3-tab 20 year ridge cap.). They back the roof system with a 25 year leak free labor warranty. This is by far the highest warranty in the industry, most are 2-5 year labor warranties with other listed roofing contractors.
