A Little About Me…
My name is Paula, I am 32 and I have been working as a beauty therapist since the age of 17. I have a lot of experience in the field and have worked predominantly around the Guildford/Godalming area. I have worked in very busy salons and felt it was time to change the way I worked and so have chosen to work for myself and use my skills taking myself mobile.
I feel that understanding the way your skin, nails and the body works is very important and keep myself up to date with training. I like to pass on some of my knowledge along the way and always try to give advice where needed. I always aim to please, have very high standards of work and pride myself in doing top of the range treatments using high end products I have fallen in love with over the years.
If cheap and cheerful is what you are looking for then I am not your lady. I am used to busy, quick paced salons I can sometimes do two treatments together saving time but I will not cut corners and miss things out. In beauty almost every step is just as important as the next and in the desire of keeping my standards high some things do take time.
I have been told I am a very quick waxer, although not as painful as some. My pressure for massage tends to be on the firmer side but I can always adapt to each clients needs. Some want to have the lightest touch and some feel the need for pain, I can do both but the most important thing is understanding what the client wants. I have huge experience with nails and have overcome many problems such as missing or badly damaged nails in the past (much to my clients delight).
I have clients that have been very loyal and have followed me from salon to salon, who I have been treating for years, along with some new ones; each as important as the last. I hope to be adding some of you to my list and I look forward to you getting in touch.
