Also check out https://www.facebook.com/133781667505 Nashville Humane Association! They are having a Black Friday adoption special of $45 today on any pet with black fur.
I'm looking for a low cost spay/neuter clinic or vet office. We have 2 dogs that need to be fixed asap. The male is about 40-50 lbs and the female is around 50-60 lbs.
Any recommendations?
Close to Lebanon if possible but I will take them wherever.

Anyone know where a good place to post about getting a kitten?

We are a single-income household and cannot afford the $800-$2500 per puppy we have been quoted by local breeders for dogs I think would be typically good breeds for young kids. My husband lost his beagle after 14 years and I lost my bull mastiff to cancer at 10 years old. I used to be a volunteer at 2 animal shelters so naturally, took our son to the https://www.facebook.com/133781667505 Nashville Humane Association. There are lots of dogs, but only 2 that day that were under 1 year old. Try that place. Good luck!
Hi neighbors! Recently moved to Bellevue and looking for a sweet lab puppy. Any breeder recommendations? :)

Needing to get hold of Rover unit. Need female cocker fixed... called and left message on Rover line last week. Got a return call. Tried calling it back, left another message. Still no reply... is there anybody that knows where their next stop will be at for service? TIA

I will let you know as soon as the calender is out. It will be posted on NashvilleHumane.org
Does anyone know of any free or cheap deals going on for spay and neuter? Within Davidson county or anywhere really? I called humane society and left voicemail but that's been a few days ago and I really need my kittens fixed asap. Thank you in advance!

I got my cat done through the Nashville humane association for $20. The number is 615-352-1010 it took them a few days to get back with me but they just set me up with a spay station in my area within a week.
I need to take the kitty who adopted us to a vet for checkup, shots, neuter, etc. I will need a very affordable (and reputable) veterinary clinic. Any suggestions?
Amanda S. replied:
I had a kitten adopt us as well. I called The Rover clinic 615-352-1010 and had all that done for $10. I would deff give them a call. I've also had dogs done thru them.
Was wondering if anyone knows a free service to get my puppies fixed. They r full bred Siberian huskies almost a year and I had planned on breeding but cannot now due to lack of time I would have to care for them. Any suggestions would be great! Thanks :)
Angela S. replied:
Call 352-1010. Nashville Humane. They charge based on income. Usually $10 per animal. You will need to leave a message and wait for a return call to schedule the appointment. They have offices in Woodbine and West Nashville but they also have a Ro ver that brings services to various neighborhoods all over town. If you can afford it, donate an extra dollar or two. They are a nonprofit and they do some incredible work.
Looking into getting a dog and need some veterinary recommendations. I don't want to bring home a dog without having a doctor for him or her
Ginger C. replied:
I suggest adopting an adult dog, not a puppy, so you know for sure they are the size you want. I haven't heard anything bad about any of the vets in this area. http://www.nashvillehumane.org/ is the local Nashville Humane society....
Debbie K. replied:
Nashvillehumane.org has pictures so you can see most of the dogs available for adoption before you go in. Not sure if MACC has this service.
