  Any recommendations for upscale, romantic restaurants in Portland? My girlfriend's birthday is this coming Tuesday, and she's wanted to get dressed to the nines and go somewhere really nice for dinner for a long time. I figure finally doing so would be a great surprise. I know local restaurants pretty well, but the ones I know are a lot more casual (and cheaper). So I'm open to suggestions! The only rule is that she's a great big wimp about spicy food so that's out, and she's already been to Portland City Grill so I'd rather not repeat that one.
