  [Hop Li](http://hoplirestaurant.com/wla.html) has two locations in West LA, but you'll have to call to see if they deliver - i've had a lot of chinese (the good stuff is in the San Gabriel Valley) food in LA, and Hop Li is the best in this neighborhood.
