Need help finding a good Chinese restaurant in the area. Tried one and was not impressed. Now it makes me not want to try any others. Please let me know what your favorite is and why. Thanks much for your help!

Japanese is much better, they use more meat. The only one worth going out to a real sit down dinner at is http://www.fujiyajapanesegarden.com/ on Wurzbach rd. This is one place where you usually only go for special occasions, like your anniversary. Not very close but worth the trip. Not cheap and you need reservations. Was started by a military man who married a Japanese lady many years back in a small restaurant downtown, now it is ran by their children. They have one dinner called "Dinner for two lovers" it was created for visiting movie stars in love, Steve McQueen and Allie McGraw (sp) it consists on many courses. Servers wear Kimonos and you can opt in for mat floor sitting without shoes on or table. Copy and use the whole Google link below to see more. It get's high star ratings! https://www.google.com/search?q=fujuyas+san+antonio&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8
Asked a girl out for the first time. Recommend me a restaurant please! Hi, I've been overseas for several years and arrived in San Antonio a month ago.
I somehow ended up asking a girl out to lunch tomorrow but I have no idea what restaurants are good.
Can anyone give me a good restaurant recommendation? I would really appreciate it.
P.S. We kinda hit the conversation off with sushi as the topic... so maybe a Japanese restaurant?

[Fujiya](http://fujiyajapanesegarden.com/) is a great all-arounder with a dedicated sushi bar. Been around for forty something years, too. It's set inside this old house off of Wurzbach nestled between the hubub of the Medical center and I-10, and you can easily drive right past it. Once inside, it's got this great vibe and feel to it. You go up a nice ramp past an indoor fountain, and you reach this all-wood floor, quiet, compact restaurant with normal restaurant seating, seating at their bar, and seating at the sushi bar. I dig their normal Japanese food, too. Sukiyaki is awesome. Good luck on your date, wherever you go!
