  East Dallas realtor recommendations? Sorry for another looking for a realtor post, but I am pretty new to Dallas and we are looking to buy a house in East Dallas and have no idea where to start. Budget of $280,000 and no kids yet so schools aren't crucial at this point, though it'd be a bonus to at least have a decent elementary school so we don't have to move in knowing we're going to have to move again sooner rather than later. We're looking specifically at the 75218 and 75228 zip codes, but we're open to broadening our search. EDIT: Thanks so much for all the suggestions! We are going to start looking into them.

  My wife and I were looking for our first home in the Mesquite/East of Dallas area and ended up in Forney after it was all said and done. [Rhonda Freberia](http://www.allegiancerealtyhomes.com/) over at Allegiance Realty was an amazing help. She helped us with all of our inexperienced questions and found us the house of our dreams after showing us only about four different houses. I'm not sure if she knows Dallas as well as this part of town, but I would give her a call to check.
