  Realtor recommendations? My husband and our kids are moving to Seattle in a couple weeks and we need to sell our house. I am a bit worried about being out of town and letting a realtor take care of everything. Any recommendations on realtors with good reputations as far as quickly selling homes and being dependable and good communicators? Its a SE home so I am hoping it sells quickly......thanks for any help!
